The 20-year old Miley was spotted on her hotel balcony in Miami "burning it down". By the look on her face in the pics, Ms. Cyrus has no worries clearly sitting back chilling as she pulls a few totes of what seems to be a joint.
Word on the street, Miley has been working in the studio heavy lately with the "Ganja God" himself, Snoop Dog (figures). The two recently collabed on her next single "Ashtray and Heartbreaks" as she croons about her needing to "re-up" because her buzz is gone.
Snoop must have left Miley some good ol' sticky in her ashtray for that heartbreak, now the girl is open!
