[VIDEO] Ciara Gets Served With Lawsuit Papers During Performance In LA

According to reporters, Ciara has been sued by the famous Hit Factory, which is a popular club out in West Hollywood. Sources say Ci Ci bailed on a performance scheduled at a gay bar this past Friday night in LA.

However, Ciara's people claimed to have informed the promoters that she would NOT be there to perform ahead of time, but they continued to promote her appearance anyway.

Those very same promoters got wind of where Ciara would appear that Saturday following and rolled up on her IN THE MIDDLE of her performance to serve her with lawsuit papers!

Now that's cold... (LOL)

Ciara quickly tossed the papers back and continued to perform. "She Got Served Tho!"
